Short Final at Sparrevohn AFS.  According to squadron rumor, a Firebird aircraft commander pushed the throttles forward just as his copilot touched down, and gave him a “go around.”  Note that the NOTAM’s for this station do not recommend that “go arounds” be attempted.   The C-130 barely made it over the top, giving the NOTAM some amount of validation.
