RECIPE FOR BOILED
BONELESS CHICKEN DINNER: (PICKLED EGGGS)
1. BOIL 2 DOZEN JUMBO EGGS
Bring to boil, cover then low heat
for 20 minutes
Cool fast by adding cold water or
ice
Peel, then put in large neck jar
with cover
2. Bring to boil in covered sauce pan then let
cool:
4 cups white vinegar
½ cup sugar
2 tablespoons pickling spices
1-tablespoon salt
2 bay leaves
2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
After cooled add 1 small jar sliced jalapeno peppers or
1 small jar sliced hot red cherry
peppers
2 tablespoons hot horseradish
Stir to mix in.
3. Ad mixture to the eggs, cover then turn jar
several times to
Mix.
Repeat turning at least once a week.
4. Let set for 3 Weeks
or more. Keep cool
or refrigerate.
5. Serve with salt, pepper, horseradish and hot
sauce.
