Hospitality Room and Registration: The La Quinta Inn and Suites Board Room is just to the right of the motel's main entrance as one enters the hotel. The registration table will be on the right side of the Board Room. The Firebird Association will use the Board Room as our "Reunion Headquarters" -- otherwise known as the Firebird Command Post.
Hospitality Room(s): There will be several hospitality areas at this reunion. The Firebirds will utilize the Board Room, the Continental Breakfast area, the Lobby, and the Meeting Room—at garage level, for hospitality purposes. Part of the parking garage (open air on all sides) will be roped off for those Firebirds wanting to bring lawn chairs and to “take it easy” with a “mint julep” in hand. Usually, there is a cool sea breeze wafting through the parking area.

The hotel’s official “Meeting Room” will serve as the Firebird Associations second hospitality area. Note that part of this covered parking garage will be roped off for the Firebird’s use.
