Monday, April 25^th - Travel Day

06:00-09:00 Motel Continental Breakfast

12:00 Registration begins, Hospitality room opens, Barons Creek Conference Center (Hospitality Room) Located to the right of the motel entrance parking lot.

18:00 Early bird arrivals, Deli Trays and beverages, Hospitality room Make your own sandwiches.

23:00 Hospitality room closes.

Tuesday, April 26^th - Reunion Day

06:00-09:00 Continental Breakfast

07:00 Hospitality Room opens

07:00 Golfers leave for Lady Bird Johnson Golf Course

Tee-Time, 08:00 $60.00 Pay in advance

09:00 1st and 3rd option tours depart via tour bus

1st Tour-LBJ Ranch, $29.00 per person, pay in advance

3rd option– LBJ Ranch, noon meal-Distillery & Wine tour $119.00 Pay in advance, includes meal

12:00 LBJ tour returns

13:30 Distillery and Winery tour departs via tour bus, $79.00

Per person, pay in advance. Returns about 17:00hrs

Wednesday, April 27th - Reunion Day

06:00-09:00 Continental Breakfast

07:00 Hospitality Room opens

10:00 Men’s Business Meeting Hospitality Room

10:00 Ladies Event Hospitality Room

13:30 Nimitz WWII Museum tour, $8.00 per person, pay in advance

18:00 Happy Hour Hospitality Room

18:45 Welcome ceremony

19:00 Buffet/Banquet $27.00 per person, pay in advance

23:00 Hospitality Room closes

Thursday, April 28th - Travel Day

07:00 Hospitality Room opens for cleaning and packing up until noon.

changes.

Hours of Hospitality Suite dependent upon the number of volunteers available to provide supervision.
