SUNDERLAND,
VT. Barry Alan Stone of Sherwood,
Ark., formerly of Sunderland, Vt., passed away on March 27, 2010. Born June
29, 1963, at the Bennington Vermont Hospital, he was the son of the late
Harry Stone and Rose Warren Stone. Barry attended Sunderland Elementary
School and graduated in 1981 from Arlington Memorial High School. Barry
enlisted in the Air Force along with his friend Ray Grover. He retired with
the rank of Staff Sergeant after eleven years of service as a C-130
instructor and qualified/evaluator. Barry toured in South America, Europe,
Korea, Japan, and he was a Desert Storm Veteran. Barry
worked for Wheatland Tube, Little Rock, Ark. Division for fourteen years. Besides his
mother, Barry is survived by his wife, "Darlene" Fulton Stone,
daughter of the late Terry and Judith Fulton, whom he married Mar. 23, 1985;
three children of Arkansas, Jennifer (Keith) Wilson, Sarah Stone (Jordan
Bailey) and Tyler Stone, and one grandson, Aidan Bailey. He is also survived
by one brother, Jesse Stone of Sunderland, Vt.; sisters, Sally Stone of
Sunderland, and Glenda (Tom) Wooldridge of Phoenix, Ariz.; brothers-in-law;
Thomas Fulton of Palmer, Alaska, Patrick Fulton and Darren Fulton of
Arkansas; sisters-in-law, Gabby Fulton and Alice Moran of Arkansas, and
several nieces and nephews; uncles, Howard Stone of Golden Valley, Ariz., Russell
Warren of Springfield, Vt., and Robert (Peggy) Warren of Georgetown, Ill.,
and several cousins. MEMORIAL
