1. Registration Fee of $75.00 Per Room – We’ve opted for Per Room instead of Per Person on the fee hoping we will meet the 25-room minimum needed for a discounted cost on our meeting room. Be aware, if we fail to get that discount, we will need to make-up any shortfall. Payments can be made electronically using Venmo or PayPal, or with a check.

Flexible room block allows booking either a two- or three-night stay. The rates will not change. Cutoff date is 14 August 2026. Any remaining rooms will be auto released after that.
