Things to think about:

a. Hotel Reservations versus Reunion Registrations. These two lists are not in agreement. Some folks have reserved rooms but not paid their Registration fee. Others have paid Registration but not booked their room. Please check your records and take care of any delta. We found one name typo in the hotel’s list and notified that person.

b. Name Tags. If you didn’t attend last year, we need name tag info for you and guest(s). We will reach out to those registering in advance. If you wish to change last year’s tag(s), or add someone, contact Willie K.

c. Food. Please let us know if you plan to dine in with us and which nights. Most likely pizza and chicken, since that went over well.

d. Coolers. If you are driving and can bring an ice chest for drinks, please do. We have four now but a couple more for different kinds of drinks will help.

e. Transportation. If you are flying and want to share your info (arrival time, airline & flight number) with other fliers, perhaps we can reduce rentals and taxis by picking a few up?

f. Museum Hours. The 8th AF museum is closed on Monday (arrival day) https://www.mightyeighth.org/

g. Activities. If visiting the sites, plan ahead to find out operating times, transportation options, cost, reservation requirements, and restrictions (if any). Visitor link – Savannah Top Things to Do

Registration Fee of $75.00 Per Room – We’ve opted for Per Room instead of Per Person on the fee hoping we will meet the 25-room minimum needed for a discounted cost on our meeting room. Be aware, if we fail to get that discount, we will need to make-up any shortfall. Payments can be made electronically using Venmo or PayPal, or with a check. Details are in our NOTAMs.
