Names Tags. If you didn’t confirm your name tags with Willie, there will be “Write-ins” available.

Meetings & Zooms are on Tuesday, the 15^th:

• • Skibird museum briefing is 1000 EDT in the Hospitality Suite and will also be Zoomed. Email Willie for a Zoom invite.
  • Reunion Zoom is 1900-2000 EDT, location TBD. Email Gene for a Zoom invite.
  • Taps Roll Call is 2000 EDT in the Hospitality Suite (those on the Reunion Zoom are welcome to stay on).

How to Rename Yourself (Screen Name) During a Meeting

1. 1. 1. Open the Participants list at the bottom of the Zoom window.
      2. Find your phone number or current identifier in the list.
      3. Click the Three Dots (More) next to your name/number.
      4. Select Rename, type your preferred name, and click OK or Rename.

Things to think about:

Transportation. If you are flying and want to share your info (arrival time, airline & flight number) with other fliers, perhaps we can reduce rentals and taxis by picking a few up?

Museum Hours. The 8th AF museum is closed on Monday (arrival day) https://www.mightyeighth.org/

Registration Fee of $75.00 Per Room – Payments can be made electronically using Venmo or PayPal, or with a check. Details are in our NOTAMs.

If you are not a subscriber to our NOTAMs, you may request payment details by telling us who you are, what squadron(s) and years you were assigned, and maybe name a few folks you worked with so we can validate you as a Firebird. Please use our Contact page for this.
